Levelling Agent WD88 is a general purpose, silica-absorbent polyacrylate levelling agent. It is suitable for use in all thermoplastic and thermosetting powder coatings.

1, this product is widely used in pure epoxy, mixed type, pure polyester type (TGIC/primid), hydroxyalkyl amide, and polyurethane and other thermosetting powder coatings, as a general-purpose leveling agent.

2、It can effectively reduce the surface tension of the coating, reduce or eliminate the effect of fish-eye and shrinkage of the coating, improve the leveling performance and even coating performance of the powder coating, and have a significant effect on improving the gloss and DOI of the coating film.

3、Improve the wetting of the substrate, reduce orange peel and pinhole surface defects, facilitate the release of air bottom, help the dispersion of pigments, maintain or increase the recoatability and adhesion of the substrate.

4、No silicone component, does not affect the adhesion of recoating.

5、The use amount of this product is 0.5-1.5% of the total amount, this product does not contain wetting accelerator, the user can adjust the formula according to the situation.
