2. Description
WD88 Leveling Agent is a polyacrylate with silica carrier. It is developed especially to correct surface imperfections such as craters, pinholes, and fish-eyes. It provides very good flowing and can be used in all types of powder coatings.

4. Application
WD88 can be applied in the following powder coating systems:
- Epoxy
- Hybrid
- Polyester
- Polyurethane
- Acrylic
It can effectively eliminate orange peel and craters on the film surface. As a free-flow powder, it is easily incorporated into powder coating formulations by standard dry blending operations and homogenized with resin and other components to form a uniform system.
5. Use Level
The recommended dosage of WD88 in the formulation is 0.7 – 1.5% by weight, based on total coating. The precise amount should be tested in the laboratory.
6. Packaging
Packed with PE-lined kraft paper bag. Net weight 25kg per bag.
7. Storage
Store in a dry and cool place. Avoid contact with other chemicals. Keep away from sunshine and fire.

This product is non-flammable and no toxicity is known. Follow usual hygiene practice when handling.
